I don’t know if I’m in the right forum but I have a question regarding a three year myga that is coming due November 20th the post tefra the cost basis is 62500. The current value is 118600. I already have three annuities I have social security a small government pension and an s p i a cash refund I’m 71 and I’m not sure what to do with this non-qualified annuity I can do a 1035 Exchange to another fixed annuity for 3 years at 3 .25%. I don’t want to annuitize it and it’s too much paperwork to do a 10352 a variable annuity. I’m thinking of taking $15,000 out for the next 3 years I’ll still be in the same tax bracket 12% any input would be appreciated

    pablolo,

If you want Alan S.’s attention, it would be best to re-post your query in the “Retirement Savings” forum. Annuities can be considered as retirement accounts.
