Hello all, I have recently transferred my Roth IRA account from one financial institution to another. The question now is can I withdraw my contributions that I made for the past few years with the old company tax and penalty free or I lost that privilege after the Account transfer? How does this work since the new company probably doesn’t have info on contributions I have made in the past. Thank you in advance!

You should still be able to do that. You are responsible for providing the records for contributions……from your old company statements as well as 5498 records.

Great! Thank you for the quick reply! Will look for these statements ASAP.
