Is there a limit on how many times I can withdraw money from an IRA and roll into a Roth within 60-days with the same investment company? And, can I repeat for another IRA-to-Roth transfer at another investment company, all in the same tax year? Thanks!

There is no limit on the number of conversions you can do because a conversion is not subject to the one rollover limit in a 12 month period. You could do these conversions via 60 day rollover or direct transfer, but direct transfer is still the preferred method.
