According to the IRS Recovery Rebate Credit Worksheet, a couple filing MFJ for 2020 where one spouse has a SSN and the other an ITIN (neither is in the US Armed Forces) will get the first stimulus payment of $1,200.
As I remember, they were ineligible for EIP1, but are eligible for EIP2 ($600). Has the IRS changed the rules or am I doing the worksheet wrong?

    Found the answer:

“Mixed-status families eligible for $600 stimulus checks and retroactive CARES Act checks”:
The bill also retroactively makes the Social Security number holders in mixed-status families eligible for CARES Act checks.
