    Dear All,

We have a security/stock in our portfolio. The company has declared 3 stock dividends or bonus (1:1) from last 12 years. We started out with 100 shares. Reinvested all dividends during the last 12 years. Now we have 950 shares. My question is, how to calculate the cost basis.

Name of the stock: Infosys (INFY)
    Stock Dividend 9/11/2018
    Stock Dividend 6/24/2015
    Stock Dividend 12/5/2014

Thanks for your time and help. With regards, Dabu1989.

Your cost basis is what you paid for the original 100 sh plus all your reinvested dividends. If you now sell all your shares that is all you need to know.
