Social Security Disability Survivor Benefits

Wife is 58 years old. Husband died at 61 and was awarded SSDI but died before collecting any benefits.
He would have been able to collect an amount equal to his full retirement age amount. SS told wife that she was entitled to his full retirement amount when she turns 62. Does this sound right.

This SSA website link may be of help.
I think his full benefit would begin for the widow at her own full retirement age, and not at 62.
